Order Processing Time All orders are processed and packed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please note: Processing time is separate from the shipping time.
Free UPS Ground Shipping We are pleased to offer Free UPS Ground Shipping on all orders. To keep things simple and reliable, this is our sole shipping method.

Delivery Times: Once your order has shipped, UPS Ground delivery typically takes 1-5 business days, depending on your location.

No Expedited Shipping: Please note that we do not offer express, expedited, overnight, or alternative shipping options at this time.
P.O. Boxes Because we ship exclusively via UPS, we are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please ensure you provide a valid physical street address at checkout to avoid any delays or cancellations with your order.
How do I check the status of my order? When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a UPS tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available in the UPS system.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at kathi@hat-a-tude.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
