Return Policy: All Sales Final
All Sales Are Final At Hat-a-tude, the health and safety of our customers is our top priority. Because our products are personal wear items, we adhere to a strict "All Sales Final" policy. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns, offer refunds, or process exchanges once an item has been purchased and shipped.
We highly encourage you to review all product descriptions, sizing, and photos carefully before placing your order.
Damages and Issues While we do not accept standard returns, we stand by the quality of our products. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.
If this happens, please email us at kathi@hat-a-tude.com within 5 days of delivery with photos of the issue so that we can evaluate it and make it right (e.g., by sending a replacement).
