I usually can make and ship a hat in 4 days! ***Under COMMENTS ON YOUR ORDER tell when you need to RECEIVE your hat!
Please check your EMAIL the next day after placing an order in case I have any questions. It is also helpful to use your CELL PHONE number on the order form (especially with EXPRESS ORDERS).
***PLEASE NOTE: I cannot guarantee EXACT color matches without a fabric swatch. Too much variation in resolution on different computers and in different lighting.

RETURNS: ***NO returns on Hats or Fascinators*** Since hats are a personal wear item, they are NOT returnable. Your hat has been custom made for you. Notify me if there is a problem with size; generally a sizing band will solve the problem. Very important to measure carefully!
