Hats that are noticeably damaged in shipping...Notify HAT-A-TUDE immediately. Save all packaging/hat complete as received since it will have to be returned to USPS.
RETURNS
Since hats are a personal wear item, they are returnable ONLY if defective. Your hat has been custom made for you. Notify me if there is a problem with size; generally a sizing band will solve the problem. Very important to measure carefully! **I MUST BE NOTIFIED BY TELEPHONE (888)832-0630 OF ANY PROBLEMS AND/OR RETURNS WITHIN 2 DAYS OF YOUR RECEIPT OF THE HAT.** Absolutely NO RETURNS will be accepted without an authorization number!! You may be able to EXCHANGE your hat for another AFTER speaking to me. All shipping expenses are the responsibility of the buyer. NO Cash/Credit Card Refunds.
