RETURNS: ***NO returns or exchanges on Derby hats/fascinators*** Since hats are a personal wear item, they are returnable ONLY if defective. Your hat has been custom made for you. Notify me if there is a problem with size; generally a sizing band will solve the problem. Very important to measure carefully! **I MUST BE NOTIFIED BY TELEPHONE (888)832-0630 OF ANY PROBLEMS AND/OR RETURNS WITHIN 2 DAYS OF YOUR RECEIPT OF THE HAT.** Absolutely NO RETURNS will be accepted without an authorization number!!
